- Drive Sales: Promote and sell our innovative StiFlex solutions to architects, designers, EPCs, and contractors.
- Manage Projects: Identify, sell, coordinate, and oversee construction projects in Hong Kong, ensuring successful implementation of our wall modular solutions.
- Build Brand Awareness: Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen StiFlex's presence in the market.
- Engage with Industry Leaders: Negotiate with key decision-makers and industry players, establishing strong relationships that drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A background in construction or engineering with hands-on experience in project sales.
- A solid understanding of the construction market in Hong Kong/China.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
- A proactive attitude with strong presentation abilities that can persuade and inspire others.
