Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and execute sales strategies to hit annual sales targets.
  • Ideate and pursue new business ventures to boost sales, market presence, and profitability.
  • Partner with the sales team to optimize trade event participation and sales performance.
  • Cooperate with the marketing team to craft and revise business blueprints.
  • Take part in predictive analytics to set achievable sales projections.
  • Head up launch projects to guarantee speedy and efficient execution of brand visions.
  • Embark on sales trips when necessary.

Essential Requirements:

  • Graduate with a degree in sales and marketing; 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Sound knowledge of wine and spirit sales and marketing practices.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in leadership roles.
  • Mastery of spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Quick-witted, likeable, and driven team player with great attention to detail.
