Key Responsibilities
  • Provide help desk support and guidance to use IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT application and system functionality.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Prepare user training materials and arrange regular training to users.
  • Document, report and resolve issues reported by users, prepare a monthly service support report.
Requirements
  • 2+ years IT work experience with at least 1 year in technical support or project management.
  • Bachelor/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in helpdesk, technical and application support.
  • Sound knowledge of IT technical standard, security measures and controls.
