About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in system and helpdesk support to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations across our multiple sites. In this role, you will be at the forefront of supporting Humansa's mission by maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, enabling our practitioners and business teams to deliver world-class health solutions. What you will be doing
  • Provide hands-on onsite user support , including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PC hardware and software.
  • Manage network infrastructure , ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locations.
  • Support business applications , overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and resolve IT issues by tracking and managing incident tickets in line with SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive IT solutions and improvements .
  • Play a vital role in ad-hoc IT projects , contributing to Humansa's tech innovation.
What We're Looking For
  • Higher Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / IT .
  • 4+ years of experience in system/helpdesk support.
  • Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a passion for IT and user support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders across teams.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable , able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving organization.
  • Experience in medical device support is a plus (but not required).
