Private Banking Department - Private Banking and Trust Services

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our department as Senior Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of private banking customers and develop strategies for growth.
  • Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to clients, executing their orders efficiently.
  • Analyse investment portfolios, monitor performance, and make recommendations for reallocation as necessary.
  • Monitor credit quality and manage exposure of customers' loan portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify business referral opportunities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications like CFP or CFA.
  • Passing scores in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations.
  • Minimum 6 years of banking experience with in-depth knowledge of investment products.
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, adaptability, and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Dedication to self-improvement and learning from experiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in both written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects is an advantage.
  • High level of customer-centricity and commitment to delivering exceptional service quality.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Relationship Manager.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $400,000-$600,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
