The Swatch Group is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Boutique Manager to lead our retail store operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the overall store experience, optimizing sales, and motivating staff to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives
- Monitor and control expenses to achieve profitability goals
- Ensure store appearance and visual merchandising meet company standards
- Collect and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager and Brand Manager to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail business, preferably in a managerial position
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
