Overview

The Boutique Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and nurturing a high-performing sales team dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Performance & Metrics:

• Oversee the boutique to meet sales targets and key performance indicators, ensuring active engagement with both the sales team and clientele on the sales floor.

• Collaborate on action plans derived from customer feedback and ensure their effective execution.
Coaching & Customer Service:

• Continuously mentor the sales team to enhance service excellence, sales techniques, and overall attitude for a remarkable shopping experience.

• Address client concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Uphold ethical standards and integrity within the store team while interacting with clients.
Training & Development:

• Facilitate the participation of the sales team in training sessions to expand their knowledge on various topics, including product lines, sales strategies, brand narratives, and security protocols.

• Collaborate with sales trainers to implement and monitor training initiatives.
Relationship Management:

• Actively seek to attract new customers and create promotional events to generate business opportunities, involving the sales team in community events.

• Foster and maintain relationships with clients both in-store and beyond.

• Implement client database activities in accordance with marketing strategies.
Store Management:

• Ensure the boutique is well-maintained, visually appealing, and a safe environment, addressing maintenance needs as per guidelines.

• Oversee product assortment and visual merchandising, monitoring inventory levels and adhering to display standards.

• Ensure the sales team’s appearance aligns with brand standards.

• Manage store inventory effectively, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.

• Supervise all administrative functions and requests.

• Authorize discounts in line with company policies.
Market Knowledge:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the luxury market, including competitors, events, products, and pricing strategies.

• Ensure in-depth knowledge of brand locations, events, and marketing activities relevant to the boutique's environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


• At least 7 years of management experience in a customer-centric environment, demonstrating a passion for luxury retail.

• Ability to inspire and develop a team in alignment with Pomellato's brand image.

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of delivering customer-focused results.

• High integrity and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive team-oriented attitude.

• Proficient in spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
