About the Role

The Swatch Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Boutique Manager to lead our boutique in Macau. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives and maintain profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and promote brand awareness
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, retail)
  • At least 7 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in the watch and jewelry industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
