We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Team Manager to join our team at A. Lange & Söhne. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Exceed boutique budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy, plan and implement monthly meetings and actions, achieve boutique KPIs, and assist management in implementing boutique commission schemes.
- Team Management: Lead the boutique team by communicating objectives, responsibilities, results, brand standards, and procedures, assign tasks, track, and communicate, develop capabilities, and coach team members to reach objectives.
- Store Management: Maintain a high level of display, visual merchandising, and boutique condition and environment, act as the face of the boutique and brand ambassador, build brand and boutique awareness and equity, and demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills.
- Store Operation Management: Comply with group and brand procedures, identify issues, and propose solutions to ensure store operations run flawlessly, actively manage store stock quality, quantity, and back orders, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and yearly stocktaking and quality control.
- Financial Control & Cash Registry: Comply with procedures and legal, fiscal, and customs regulations, control cash register, and ensure timely reporting of sales.
- Reporting: Ensure timely reporting of sales to Brand Director and Area Sales Manager, identify strengths and weaknesses in existing operations, and define action plans for implementation.
- Customer Experience & CRM-Related Activities: Define store navigation scenario, mobilize sales associates, direct and support the team to deliver Lange selling ceremony, generate interest of target prospects, convert to boutique customers, develop specific programs to acquire new high-potential customers, manage clients' lifecycles, and maintain on-going relationships with clients.
- Regional and International Cooperation: Develop agile communication, increase cooperation with other boutique managers, eliminate unproductive territorial tensions, participate in Lange international retail community activities, share insights, opportunities, and best practices, and nurture a supportive Lange retail culture.
