Job Description:

As a Control Tower Account Management Lead in Asia Pacific, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with exceptional service. This involves proactively identifying opportunities to grow our business and developing strategies to achieve this goal. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customized solutions that meet client needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our designated clients in Asia Pacific, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address the complex supply chain challenges faced by our clients, leveraging your expertise in freight forwarding operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are met, and processes are optimized for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our services and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and driving results.
  • Familiarity with complicated global team matrices and ability to drive desirable solutions and results.
  • Experience building client relationships globally and leveraging those relationships to grow the business partnership.
  • Passionate about achieving team success, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Results-oriented approach, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt style and approach to local business cultures.
