This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Regional HR Project Manager and contribute to the design and implementation of employee data management digitalization project across the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement employee data management systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report progress against project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Solid track record at MNC in driving regional / large scale HR processes / system change projects from a user perspective.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and sense of compliance according to local / corporate requirements.
  • Familiarity with Workday is preferred; but good understanding / hands-on experience in HR operation and its improvement are key.
