About the Opportunity

The HRIS Manager will play a pivotal role in defining how HRIS can optimize employee experience, supporting OKX's growth as a high-impact HR organization. Reporting to the Head of HR, this leader will manage and maintain HRIS systems, providing operational and technical support to end-users.

Closely partnering with stakeholders like Product & Engineering, HR COEs, HRBPs, and HR Operations teams globally, the HRIS Manager will build and enhance system solutions in OK Group's in-house built HRIS 'OKEngine.' Our goal is to create seamless HR experiences, delivering optimized user interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with assigned HR COEs to identify HRIS requirements and drive project management.
  • Maintain and administer the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Responsible for system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or features.
  • Provide end-user training on HRIS functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the HRIS system and tools.
  • Generate monthly performance reports and insights by analyzing data from our HR chatbot and ticketing system.
  • Lead and manage an HRIS team to define and drive the overall HRIS roadmap.
  • Mentor and coach the team to develop expertise and drive process and configuration excellence.
  • Ensure that applications integrate into existing infrastructure.
  • Work with senior management to translate business needs into projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Ensure quality of business processes and data integrity.
What We Look For In You
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field with relevant working experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in key HRIS modules is necessary for success in this role. Candidates with previous experience building internal HRIS from scratch will be prioritized.
  • Expertise in HR processes with a thorough understanding of core HR systems, who can drive efficiency improvement for the department and optimize HRIS platform use.
  • Proven success in leading complex projects and managing HRIS changes/implementations to support the business.
  • Able to work in a dynamic organization by balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate well with cross-functional teams to deliver stretched goals under tight timelines and resource constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are needed for regular presentations, briefing/training for different teams and levels of the organisation.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
