Human Resources and Administration Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources and Administration Officer to join our team at Fullhouse World Management Company Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and organized individual to work closely with our operations team to understand their manpower needs and requirements. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system and conduct basic human resource data analysis to support business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Work closely with the operations team to understand their manpower needs and requirements.
- Maintain candidate database and accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Conduct basic human resource data analysis to support business initiatives.
- Assist in providing essential human resources services, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations, as well as managing employee files and attendance.
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with HK labor ordinance and related employment legislation.
- Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
- Excellent communication abilities, strong execution capability, and the ability to manage stress while maintaining a proactive approach.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Human Resources and Administration Officer role.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
