The Role

A dynamic and proactive International Sales Development Manager is sought after in Hong Kong to join our team.

This key role will focus on delivering top-notch products and services to clients in the APAC market.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will report directly to the General Manager APAC and play a crucial role in supporting sales growth and building strong client relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will include representing the voice of our clients, ensuring successful partnerships, identifying opportunities for business development and revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

  1. You'll be the main point of contact for our clients, representing their voice internally and ensuring timely achievement of all deliverables.
  2. You will support the General Manager APAC in prospecting and pursuing opportunities for revenue growth as well as helping to develop and manage the sales funnel.
  3. Proactively collaborate with Product, Operations, and other departments as required to fulfill client requests and initial product deployment to serve as the line of communication between customers and internal teams.
  4. Lead quarterly Strategic Steering Committees with each customer to review the status of main topics in-depth in partnership with other internal departments as necessary.
  5. Coordinate the process of responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product & Operations) to gather relevant information for the region's opportunities.
  6. Oversee projects, resolve issues with stakeholders, and deliver monthly reports and presentations with meaningful insights drawn from KPIs to customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Administration, Business Management, Economics, or relevant field.
  • +5 years of proven experience in a program or account management position and business development.
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
  • This position involves travel within the APAC market and the possibility of attending trade fairs in the sector.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Cantonese and any additional languages are a plus.

Compensation Package

An estimated salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, is available for this exciting opportunity.
