Location: Hong Kong

Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager or Team Lead to join our team in Mong Kok. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire human resources function, including payroll management, labor relations, benefits administration, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including calculation and coordination of bonuses.
  • Handle income tax, social insurance calculations, declarations, payments, and creation of statutory documents.
Labor Management:
  • Optimize and manage the attendance management system to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Resolve labor-related issues and implement preventive measures.
Benefits Management:
  • Provide and manage data for social insurance and employee benefits programs.
  • Review and propose improvements to the benefits system.
  • Address employee inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to benefits.
Labor Relations:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, including the Labor Standards Act.
  • Administer and update company policies such as work rules, labor condition notices, and other labor-related regulations.
  • Respond to internal employee labor-related inquiries and complaints, and implement solutions.
Vendor Management:
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repair and maintenance services, and supervise their work.
  • Manage communication and coordination with vendors, including progress tracking and quality control.
  • Monitor the quality of services provided by external vendors and promptly seek improvements if issues arise.
Handling Irregular Situations:
  • Respond to labor issues (such as dismissals, harassment, and other disputes) with initial action and internal/external coordination.
  • Ensure employee safety and manage labor-related issues during natural disasters or accidents.
  • Establish emergency response procedures to ensure rapid and efficient handling of irregular situations.
Document and Data Management:
  • Manage and store documents related to employment contracts, attendance data, payroll records, and benefits-related documents.
  • Analyze employee attendance, overtime, and turnover rates, and generate reports to propose improvements.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year of working experience
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and Japanese (N2 level or above)
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • More experience will be considered for Assistant Manager or Manager

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is HKD120,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
