About the Role

In this role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our core products, including Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card, and Pay. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Visionary: Assist the strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives to drive commercial success.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep subject matter expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, Crypto Payments, and other relevant domains.
  • Pricing Strategy Optimization: Develop optimal pricing strategies for our core products, requiring proficiency in Excel modeling and generating data-driven insights.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Develop thematic research memos to advise on market/sub-sector strategy.
  • Project Coordination & Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/deliverable planning to tracking/reporting.
  • Product Development: Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
  • Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Decide and analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to drive revenue and user engagement.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Evaluate and drive strategic and investment opportunities.
  • Business Projection & Analysis: Project business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications and strategic pivots.

You will shoulder important responsibilities at multiple levels: (a) At a product level, design and drive new features to success; (b) At a company level, define and align business priorities with management; and (c) At an industry level, generate insights and your own views on the market.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills, such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research.
  • A highly structured approach in thinking, analysis, and output generation.
  • The ability to learn quickly and translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights.
  • A proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities.
  • Strong modeling skills and proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • Excellent command of English and literacy in oral and written communication.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork and excellent attention to detail.
