Job Summary
The Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of existing commercial banking customer relationships as assigned by the Select Market team leader or department manager. This role involves working closely with the Team Manager or Department Manager to support credit administration needs and evaluating financing requirements for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Team Manager or Department Manager to support the credit administration needs of that Manager's customer portfolio.
- Evaluate financing needs for customers and develop information concerning their business, financial condition, and operating performance.
- Underwrite commercial loans in alignment with the Bank's risk tolerance and ensure effective and efficient lending practices.
- Manage complex commercial exposures and may join prospect/customer calls with the lending team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience in retail and commercial banking divisions).
- At least 4-5 years of relevant banking experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and deposit products.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent listening ability and presentation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
Estimated Salary Range:$70,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
