Private Banking Department - Private Banking and Trust Services
We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our department as Senior Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of ultra HNW private banking customers.
- Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers, executing their orders.
- Analyse investment portfolios, monitor performance, and make recommendations on portfolio reallocation.
- Manage credit quality and monitor exposure of customers' loan portfolios.
- Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals.
Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA.
- Passes in the HKSI licensing examinations.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years' banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, adaptability, and ability to overcome challenges.
- Desire to learn and work in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in both written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage.
- High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.
