The Role
The Luxury Boutique Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences in our high-end retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Salon Growth & Performance Management
- Budget: Achieve sales targets and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategic action plans to drive sales growth and improve KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize cross-category product sales.
- Lead by example, providing exceptional client service and promoting a client-centric mindset.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
- Build a database of high-net-worth individuals and local clients.
- Luxury Hospitality & Retail Excellence
- Maintain high standards of presentation and provide ultra-luxury hospitality services to clients.
- Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth retail experience.
- Promote a client-centric culture within the team and exceed client expectations.
- Track key metrics, including sales, customer service, and client retention.
- Operations & Inventory Management
- Supervise the team in executing operating procedures and policies.
- Manage inventory and documentation, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Monitor expenses and maintain a clean and well-presented store environment.
- Plan monthly rosters and resource allocation.
- Marketing, Events & Visual Merchandising
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute marketing and visual merchandising activities.
- Implement and update visual merchandising displays, windows, and signage.
- Team Management & People Development
- Promote a positive work environment and foster trust, integrity, and respect.
- Coach, train, and motivate the team to achieve high performance standards.
- Develop growth and people development plans, setting performance targets and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Identify and plan team training requirements.
Ideal Experience & Competencies
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in watches and jewelry or fashion.
- Experience in new store openings and execution.
- High standards of client service and luxury hospitality.
- Ability to engage and sell to high-net-worth clients, understanding their consumer behavior.
- Existing local client base is an asset.
- General knowledge of luxury products and industry trends.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented, collaborative spirit, and excellent communication skills.
- Team player with MS office and computer literacy.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and very good proficiency in English.
