Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Officer to provide administrative support in the development and execution of business strategies at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal stakeholders. This includes handling overall file management, office equipment maintenance, and providing administrative services to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative processes to enhance business efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and business teams, including logistics arrangement for meetings and events.
  • Coordinating departmental budget preparation, monitoring its implementation, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Assisting department heads in managing departmental affairs, including ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder or above.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PPT, and Chinese typewriting.
  • A good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

What We Offer:
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of HK$50,000 - HK$70,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, please submit your application.
