Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Client Growth Manager to join our Electronic Trading Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing our Electronic Trading franchise across our Futures, Options and Equities solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships and grow our client base by building a pipeline of clients through prospecting, relationship management and referrals
  • Build an in-depth understanding around our client workflow, to directly impact sales and/or to anticipate our client's future needs
  • Use strong communication, presentation skills and technical skills to provide support to clients with their trading enquiries, and build strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders
  • Understand the current regulatory landscape and the impact they have on our clients to offer electronic trading solutions in line with their requirements
  • Hold meetings with clients and prospects to present unique Bloomberg solutions
  • Use project management skills to coordinate product initiatives regionally, including but not limited to taking on product advocacy, and drive product improvement by providing feedback to Bloomberg's business managers and product development teams on user demand and evolving market practices
  • Employ best use of our flat corporate structure to network across various departments, calling on specific expertise and promote collaboration to deliver solutions to our clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing (client services or account management) experience in financial services or a financial markets technology company
  • Experience providing best-in-class customer support on Electronic Trading Technology solutions to financial institutions
  • Industry experience as a market participant, technology vendor or client services specialist for futures & options products
  • Established track record of both relationship management and client support
  • Knowledge of Electronic Trading, Execution Management Systems and Trading Connectivity
  • Knowledge of exchange protocols and industry standards, with respect to global futures and options trading
  • Strong understanding of the impact of regulation, market structure and compliance on electronic trading
  • Familiarity of buy-side and sell-side workflows
  • Project Management skills
  • A resourceful, problem-solving
