Your primary objective will be to drive sales strategy for mapped accounts in alignment with the channel's overall direction. This involves assisting the Channel Head in implementing and executing business plans and initiatives, leading a unit of PDMs to achieve business targets, and developing new business ideas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizing and management skills, good insurance and investment product knowledge, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. A university graduate with at least 6 years of relevant experience and 2 years of managerial experience is preferred.

This position offers an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. If you are self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Channel Head in driving sales strategy and implementing business plans
  • Leading a unit of PDMs to achieve business targets
  • Developing new business ideas and improving the Brokerage channel sales platform
  • Sales management and regular review of business performance against KPIs
  • Maintaining strong relationships with partners and their key personnel
  • Penetration of TRs and facilitation of quality, compliant, and consistent business delivery
  • Regular reviews of business performance and sales quality practices


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • University / College graduate degree
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience and 2 years of managerial experience
  • Demonstration of self-motivation and self-drive
  • Good organizing and management skills
  • Good insurance and investment product knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
