About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Agency Director to lead our business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to join Prudential plc and contribute to our company's success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive new business activity, sales, recruitment, and persistency through effective agency distribution strategies.
  • Support Division Head / Zone Head in delivering company financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with agency leaders to plan and achieve annual strategic plans and budgets.
  • Monitor and track goal achievement, provide motivation, and implement control measures as planned.
  • Manage agency communications between the Company and agency leaders.
  • Collect feedback and action solutions as required.
  • Provide coaching to team members on company/industry guidelines and compliance requirements.
  • Organize, plan, launch, and drive agency campaigns, challenges, contests, and promotions.
  • Evaluate and identify training needs to improve agency productivity and professionalism.
  • Assist with agency leaders and monitor recruitment activities to ensure a strong pipeline of quality recruits and agent retention.
Requirements
  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles
  • Exceptional understanding and experience with agency distribution
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and multiple business functions
  • Bias for action and results-driven
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proven people and management skills
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Salary: HKD120,000 - HKD180,000 per annum. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, life insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
