Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our agency operations team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day agency operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to enhance agency distribution processes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of agency operations staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Establish guidelines and standards for agency operations to maintain consistency and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Agency Operations and Sales, with a focus on agency distribution workflow and sales training.
  • Proven track record in team management and leadership.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in leading agency projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English expected.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and guidelines in agency operations/agency sales.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this role is HKD 80,000 - 120,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
