Business Development Lead

At Ant International, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to join our team as a Merchant Acquisition Strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, including market development and operation, integration of resources with key clients and channel partners, and building up local ecosystems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Digital Wallet/Payments industry, excellent business acumen, and understanding of the Hong Kong payment landscape and fintech business. They will also possess strong analytical, project handling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse marketing data, find insights, and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal resources and external networks to prioritize and penetrate key merchants/industry, quickly build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive business growth. You will also leverage best practices to drive new business opportunities in different market segments and build effective lists of new merchants or segment markets to drive business development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of working experience in the Digital Wallet/Payments industry. You will also require excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties, and the ability to be productive and focused in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
