We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through our dedicated teams at Rosewood Hotel Group. As a Customer Service Excellence Manager, you will play a critical role in driving service excellence across our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high service standards and achieve guest satisfaction targets.
  • Lead and motivate the Front Desk and Guest Services team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Degree or higher diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in a luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive service excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and complaints.
  • Fluency in English, Putonghua, and Cantonese is essential.
  • Proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve service excellence.
