About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing robust Go-To-Market strategies for our brands. You will utilize strong sales fundamentals to drive consumption of our brands using customers and shoppers' insights. Your goal will be to build effective long-term relationships with customers to deliver sustainable sales and profits growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate sales strategies to ensure achievement of the annual sales plan, achieve sales volume and gross to net targets.
  • Define Independent Drug Stores Go-To-Market strategies by customers and category, drive effective store segmentation to maximize business ROI.
  • Continue to drive channel profitability and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities.
  • Lead a team to maintain good customer partnership to implement best in class category management principles and deliver outperformed market result.
  • Contribute to the creation and execute the channel vision and strategy, leading the team to drive in-store excellence in all aspects.
  • Ensure Team KPI are properly coordinated and executed, ongoing review team performance for improvement.
  • Proactively explore new channel business opportunities to maximize potential new coverage.
  • Responsible for building an accurate forecast for the customers based on growth opportunities and promotions.
  • Establish effective collaboration across functions like trade marketing, supply chain, finance etc to deliver business objectives.
  • Work with the merchandising team to ensure visibility and availability in the stores, execute displays and merchandising with speed and excellence. Market intelligence to understand competitive landscape and impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' sales experience in Key Account Management
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
