Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Financial Institutions. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored solutions to achieve their business goals.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Establishing and maintaining solid business relationships with Banks and Non-bank FI customers;
- Providing quality service and bespoke solutions to explore business opportunities and promote various banking products (Global Markets, FX, Transaction Banking, Fixed Income) to achieve business targets;
- Liaising with cross-border branches for collaboration;
- Monitoring customer portfolio, conducting credit risk analysis and annual review, and overseeing the operations of account opening including KYC;
- Ensuring and monitoring post-lending in compliance with bank policy and related guidelines;
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant FI Relationship Management experiences in the banking industry, with experience covering Banks;
- University graduate from a reputable institution;
- Proven ability to deliver KYC for high profile client onboarding and renewals;
- Possesses strong time management, organizational, relationship building skills;
- Strong marketing and financial analysis skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluency in Mandarin;
- Qualification of CFA or FRM will be preferred;
