About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at JLL. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing sales leads, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Venue Space Sales:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate new business and maximize venue space bookings.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits and showcase the unique selling points of our venue spaces to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our venue spaces.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and customer records.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for management evaluation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a recognized degree, associate degree, or higher diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, Event, or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of direct sales and partnership experience. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the venue or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
