As a Sales Officer, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the sales management team to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Consulting and Education industry
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
