Job Summary

The Commercial Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business targets in designated accounts. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing sales performance, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights to sales management
  • Manage customer relationships to drive sales growth and brand loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize brand presentation and marketing plans
  • Manage sales data integrity and provide feedback on product launch plans

Requirements:
  • University Degree
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a consumer brand company
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Working Conditions:
