As a key member of the Business Performance and Planning team at HKT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the commission calculation, reporting, and performance tracking for various sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the processes for gathering, maintaining, and auditing all sales performance tracking and commission reports.
- Collaborate closely with sales channels and the Human Resources Department to reconcile all monthly commission files, ensuring accurate calculation of commissions and sales incentives.
- Handle sales data and formulate performance presentations for management's review.
- Generate daily/monthly sales performance and KPI reports.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from internal stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of the team's task flow.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisors to meet business objectives.
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis, or related disciplines.
- 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Telecommunication industry.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, Python, and SQL server is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work on detailed tasks.
