The Job
- Oversee the daily operations of the Employee Benefits claims team, ensuring efficient and effective claims processing.
- Monitor and approve claims within pre-set authority, providing clear commentary and justifications.
- Handle complaints and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Regularly review and improve processes to enhance operation efficiency.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve company objectives, driving business growth and success.
- Provide training and knowledge sharing to Employee Benefits staff on medical claims expertise.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance systems and processes.
- Identify and mitigate potential anti-fraud risks, ensuring the integrity of our claims process.
- Produce and analyze claims and audit reports to inform business decisions.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management.
The Person
- Hold a degree and have 10-15 years of relevant experience in medical insurance claims, with at least 5 years in managerial positions.
- FLMI qualification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance and medical claims expertise.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong management skills and ability to drive change.
- Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written.
