About the RoleThe Lounge Ambassador will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and creating a memorable experience. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, anticipating their needs, and providing personalized assistance to enhance their experience.
You will also be responsible for monitoring the lounge environment, conducting quality control activities, and providing on-the-job training to new employees. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-centric, energetic, and has excellent communication skills.
Ambassadors will also assist in addressing customer inquiries, handling feedback and complaints, and maintaining high standards in the lounge. If you are a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that customers feel valued and respected.
- Anticipate customers' needs and provide tailored assistance to meet their expectations.
- Interact with customers, address their inquiries, and handle feedback and complaints professionally.
- Monitor the lounge environment and conduct quality control activities to maintain high standards.
- Provide on-the-job training to new employees and share your expertise.
- Right to work in Hong Kong.
- Minimum age of 18.
- HKCEE/HKDSE or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Standard of spoken/written English and Cantonese. Putonghua is an advantage.
- Relevant working experience in airport lounge, catering hospitality, fine dining, and sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacity is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills, energy, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work on shift schedules and work overtime if needed.
