Job Description

As a Customer Experience Manager at Hermès, you will be responsible for driving service excellence and enhancing the overall in-store experience for our discerning customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services, and equipped to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve service quality, including training programs and performance metrics.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions to customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to enhance our competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints, using insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with boutique managers to align service strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and consistent results.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback throughout the team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in retail management, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused approach to complex challenges.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills, able to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
