Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is a leading international airline that requires a seasoned professional to join its team as a Customer Experience Recovery Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves coordinating and leading the recovery efforts for customers impacted by flight disruptions and service failures.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in airline customer service, preferably in a leadership role. They will be expected to work closely with various departments, including Operations, Customer Contact, Customer Support, Corporate Affairs, and Customer Loyalty, to ensure a seamless recovery experience for our customers.

We are looking for a change catalyst with a customer-first approach, strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as excellent influencing and negotiation abilities. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of CM, 1A Reservations, Inventory, and FSS systems.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
