The Road to Recovery Trust, part of Connected Voice, is a charity dedicated to supporting individuals affected by addiction. We have exciting plans to further our mission and are seeking a Financial Strategic Advisor to join our board.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description

We require a highly skilled individual with financial expertise to oversee the management of our finances. As a key member of our team, you will scrutinise our budget, provide strategic advice and contribute to shaping our future plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic financial planning and budgeting
  • Financial reporting and analysis
  • Advising on financial matters to support organisational growth

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance, preferably with experience in charity or non-profit sectors
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
