Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Head of Special Credit Unit to plan, direct, and control all aspects of corporate recovery functions for the bank.
  • To oversee the overall trend of non-performing loans (NPL) and specific impairment provisions.
  • To formulate corporate recovery strategies and implement recovery actions to ensure maximum recovery returns and minimize credit loss/costs.
  • To perform event-based and thematic reviews on co-managed accounts or other designated high-risk accounts.
  • To prepare financial, regulatory, and management reports.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in credit risk management or corporate recovery in a regulated environment.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between HK$1,200,000 to HK$1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
