Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Architectural Expert to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior technical expert to lead the technical operation and management of relevant projects, providing professional technical advisory and change management on overall cloud platform architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform availability through regular platform upgrades, architecture changes, and DR drills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Technical Operation and Management: Responsible for the overall technical operation and management of relevant projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Platform Architecture: Provide professional technical advisory and change management on overall cloud platform architecture, ensuring platform availability and scalability.
  • DR Drills and System Recovery: Develop and maintain the system recovery plan and disaster recovery (DR) drill plan for private cloud and perform DR drills and system recovery as requested by the customer.
  • Technology Refreshment Plan: Devise a technology refreshment plan for the private cloud, including impact assessment, upgrade plan, sizing, required hardware and software items, and total upgrade service price quotation.
  • ITSM Processes: Lead the team in handling all ITSM processes, including incidents, problems, and changes handling.
  • Customer Facilitation: Facilitate customer representatives for internal operation requirements, such as compliance audit.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare and update records to track overall achievement of the actual Service Levels and private cloud compliance with Reliability Levels.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation in relation to hardware/software configuration of the private cloud.
  • Product Roadmap: Arrange regular product roadmap and upcoming Cloud feature updates to customers.
