Job Title: Senior Cloud Architect

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to lead the design and implementation of complex system integration projects, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Azure Platform, particularly in system architecture design and integration.

About the Role

  • ">
  • Lead project teams to provide innovative IT solutions and implementation services to business users, addressing business/application requirements as defined in tender specifications.">
  • Plan and negotiate with stakeholders to prioritize project tasks and activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.">
  • Guide teams in conducting business process analysis, requirement analysis, design workshops, and prototype sessions with users.">
  • Maintain high-quality standards in project work products and contractual deliverables, meeting user requirements and service level agreements.">
  • Manage scope, contractual, financial issues, and change requests to mitigate impacts on project milestones and deliverables.">
  • Foster collaboration with domain subject matter experts or technology experts to resolve solution and implementation issues efficiently.">
  • Design, build, and deploy total systems and various solution components integrations according to technical specifications and Enterprise Architecture Framework.">
  • Create and monitor end-to-end system integrations for total solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, scalability, and extensibility.">
  • Review new and existing system designs, proposing improvements for performance, reliability, scalability, and extensibility.">
  • Promote cost-effective enhancements to existing architecture and infrastructure framework.">
  • Evaluate security, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance.">
  • Develop and execute thorough test plans at various testing stages to validate technical performance and stability of proposed solutions.">
  • Pursue relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 and stay updated with industry-standard methodologies for design and enterprise architecture.">
  • Cultivate excellent customer-facing, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage multiple suppliers/stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.">
  • No less than 15 years of relevant IT experience, including 8+ years in implementing complex system integration projects and 5 years in a similar role.">
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification and cloud project experience are preferred.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Platform, especially in system architecture design and integration.">
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale project implementations with applications running in the cloud.">
  • Excellent subcontractor management skills and experience handling multiple suppliers/stakeholders.">
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English, with strong writing and presentation skills.">
  • Superior communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.">
