At IO TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED, we are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of our trading infrastructure on AWS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our trading activities and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our applications.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud/AWS Engineer who can collaborate closely with our development, trading, and operations teams to design and implement deployment strategies for cloud applications. You will lead the integration of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to automate and streamline software delivery.

  • Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure the health, performance, and availability of applications hosted in the cloud.
  • Work with developers to enhance the scalability, reliability, and security of applications in cloud environments.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technical issues related to deployments and infrastructure.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with cloud services and infrastructure, particularly AWS components such as EC2, S3, and VPC.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience in implementing pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and experience with deployment automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of the Linux networking stack, including optimization and performance considerations.
  • Understanding of synchronization protocols like NTP and PTP for precise timing measurements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across various departments.
