- Developing and executing a defined sales strategy to drive growth.
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline focusing on local and large markets.
- Ownership and responsibility for converting identified prospects into clients and managing handovers to Account Management Teams.
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and solving clients' needs.
- Leading responses to tenders and developing quality presentations, working with relevant expertise.
- Driving cross-selling and up-selling activities, including introducing Aon United colleagues/services where appropriate.
- Following Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect.
- Performing other duties and tasks reasonably assigned by the Manager.
What it Takes to Succeed
- University graduate with minimum 10 years' experience in Employee Benefits in broker firms or insurance companies.
- Holder of FLMI or passed IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV preferred.
- Mature and self-starter with good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Good analytics and negotiation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin an advantage.
- Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
