The Role
The core of our team is the Administrative Operations Coordinator, who plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our managed retirement solutions. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all operational administration accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to agreed services and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and minimize risk to the business
- Conduct regular reviews to maintain high quality standards
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
- Support team members and participate in team meetings to share ideas and celebrate achievements
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and adhere to Link Group policies and procedures
Requirements and Attributes
- At least 1 year of experience in a corporate or professional services environment (advantageous but not necessary)
- Higher diploma or associate degree in any discipline
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages
- Experience in processing high volumes of data and excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to collaborate with others
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese, with a proven track record of reliability and punctuality
