Sales and Operations Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Coordinator to support our sales teams in providing day-to-day sales and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably with at least 3 years in field management function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate sales and management meetings
- Provide administrative support to facilitate effective daily operation of sales teams
- Support in the resolution of day-to-day operational issues
- Support the preparation of performance management reports and presentation materials
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to distribution management
