Job Summary:
Hill's Pet Nutrition is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team in Hong Kong. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to the General Manager and coordination with various departments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an office coordinator or executive assistant position, preferably from a multinational company. Strong relationship building and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. The role requires excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Google tools and other in-house programs.
We offer a competitive salary of $HKD 45,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
About the Role:
- Office Administration (40%):
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visas;
- Manage corporate credit cards and process T&E claims;
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers;
- Maintain calendars and update contact lists;
- Process office-related expenses and track distributor damage claims;
- Events & Activity Support and Communication (20%):
- Support planning and execution of events and activities, including annual parties and workshops;
- Organize region town halls and related communications;
- Prepare region communication videos and emails;
- HR Coordination (20%):
- Support employee benefits administration, such as medical insurance and provident fund;
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes;
- Coordinate training programs and workshops;
- GM Support (15%):
- Provide executive assistance to the GM, including calendar management and document preparation;
- Others (5%):
- Ensure the office environment remains neat and productive;
- Perform ad-hoc duties and project involvement upon assignment;
