This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with line managers to craft and execute strategic recruitment solutions across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You'll develop hiring strategies for recruitment openings, manage the recruitment life cycle, nurture great networks with past applicants and potential hires, create strong talent pipelines, and expand existing recruitment channels to reach out to potential candidates who might not be active job seekers.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work closely with line managers to grasp full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the organization. You'll handle and ensure approvals, reports, and related paperwork is completed and accurate.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition from in-house or recruitment agency background. Solid experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is also required.

Familiarity with tracking and analyzing data and recruitment metrics to drive sound decision making is essential, as well as proficiency in building databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Cantonese, are necessary. Experience in IT or technology-related industries is preferred.
