Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Wealth Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activity, including identification, screening, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
This role requires a deep understanding of our business and the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to leverage their expertise to deliver senior talent to the business, while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity, covering identification, screening, assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Wealth to deliver senior talent to the business.
- Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition, and Compensation partners to effectively onboard senior talent.
- Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of industry developments, and people moves.
- Work with Diversity teams to facilitate slate processes and promote internal mobility.
- Collaborate with Talent Management on succession planning initiatives for critical roles.
- Provide market and candidate intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
- Build pools of talent for Wealth disciplines, utilizing networking and database tools.
- Lead desktop research to provide competitor insight on talent salaries and organizational structures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-house executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search experience.
- Strong network and knowledge of senior talent within the financial services environment.
- Ability to engage with senior candidates and present them to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of compensation structures and crafting offers.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
