  • Strong understanding of different roles within the Fintech Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
