We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5-6 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets, and company culture.
- Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative methods to source candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate experience and cultural fit.
- Organize and coordinate technical assessments and final interviews with hiring managers.
- Document interviews and candidate evaluations clearly.
- Manage the ATS and LinkedIn platforms
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including communication with both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong understanding of different roles within the Fintech Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
