Reward and People Services Manager

As a key member of the Talentine Global team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's reward and people services strategy. The Senior Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and People Services Manager will be responsible for managing the regional C&B strategy and people services function, ensuring the organization's effectiveness through efficient compensation and benefits management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review C&B programs to ensure competitiveness with market rates.
- Formulate and review C&B policies, including pay band alignment, bonus schemes, and medical insurance.
- Liaise with external organizations to research benefit packages provided by competitors.
- Lead the HR operations team to manage day-to-day administration of all C&B programs.
