About the Role
The Health & Wealth Specialist is a key member of our People & Culture team, responsible for all administrative duties related to compensation, benefits, and mobility processes across APAC markets. This includes collaborating with cross-functional departments like Payroll, P&C Partners, Retail Operations, and Global Health & Wealth colleagues.
- Provide first-line support for Health and Wealth-related queries, including ServiceNow Inbox management and comprehensive administration assistance to Senior Health & Wealth Manager.
- Own day-to-day benefits management within markets, including sweaty pursuits, pension, invoice processing, vendor liaison, share incentive plans, tax reporting, healthcare, referral bonus payments, mobility initiation, etc.
- Administer retail bonus calculations for the region, partner with global counterparts, and support regional Health and Wealth teams with required information.
- Support compensation processes and improve practices – compensation & benefit market surveys, year-end reviews, etc.
- Partner, coordinate, and communicate with third-party providers (brokers and vendors) on benefits issues, invoice payments, and subsequent payment queries.
- Communicate any changes to compensation and benefit activities to the wider business.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and provide quality seamless customer service.
- Support the introduction of new systems by performing testing and audits as required.
Key Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Experience working in a retail environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytically minded.
- Able to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel to intermediate level, including advanced spreadsheets, pivot tables, and vlookups.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Additional Asian languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Workday and/or understanding of mobility processes is preferred.
